Alquity UK Board Director
Neil joined Barclays Unicorn in 1989, later serving as Head of International Banking Operations and Operational Rigour for Barclays Wealth. He joined Truestone Asset Management as COO in 2006, where he chairs the Investment Management Committee, and is a trustee of the charity GivingWorks.

Craig is an Australian investment executive with over 25 years’ experience and Chairman of Forza Capital. He spent nine years as CEO of Bennelong Funds Management, and previously led the Asia Pacific divisions of Aviva Investors and Federated Investors.
AIML Board Director
Hiren is a British executive with over 25 years’ experience in investment management. He is founder and partner of EPIC Investment Partners, having previously been Financial Controller at Groupama Asset Management, and is Alquity’s principal point of contact for compliance.

Chief Operating Officer
Liam joined Alquity in 2016 and runs the firm’s global operating platform, covering fund structuring, regulatory oversight and service-provider management. He led the build-out of Alquity’s Luxembourg SICAV platform and the merger of three SICAVs into a single umbrella.
Head of Emerging Markets
Mike joined Alquity in 2014 and leads all emerging markets equity investment, bringing over 30 years’ experience investing across the asset class. Before Alquity he held senior emerging markets roles at F&C, Thames River and Baring Asset Management.
Co-founder, Head of Marketing and Sustainability
Suresh co-founded Alquity in 2010 and leads the firm’s marketing and its responsible investment philosophy. He brings over 25 years’ experience in senior management and brand and marketing strategy, including at Levi Strauss and Lloyds Bank, and holds an MBA from London Business School.

Florent leads Alquity’s global sales and distribution strategy, having joined in July 2025 with almost 25 years’ experience in asset management. He has held senior sales and distribution roles at ODDO BHF Asset Management, SYZ Asset Management, AXA Life Invest, Barclays and Amundi.

Benjamin joined Alquity in June 2026 with over 20 years’ experience in asset management, having held senior business development and distribution roles at GCQ Funds Management, P/E Investments, TrendLab, Allianz Global Investors, Aviva Investors and Aberdeen Asset Management.
European Sales Director
Eric joined Alquity in May 2026 with over 14 years’ experience in asset management and investment distribution. He previously advised on private equity, private credit and real assets at MF & Partners in Switzerland, and spent six years at Carmignac in Zurich and Geneva.
Sales Manager, Europe & Latin America
Steve joined VAM, now part of the Alquity Group, in 2008 and has 25 years’ experience in financial services, mostly offshore. He manages relationships with IFAs across Europe and Latin America from the UK.
Sales Manager, Middle East
Mark has been a sales manager for over 25 years and has spent 18 years with VAM, now part of the Alquity Group. Since 2011 he has managed intermediary and institutional relationships across the Middle East.
Sales Manager, Africa
Soemoe joined Alquity in 2024 with over 20 years’ experience serving private and institutional investors, including regulated directorships at African and European firms. Based in Mauritius, he is a CAIA charterholder and a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (MCSI), responsible for intermediary relationships across the African region.
Investment Director
Rob’s career spans over 30 years in investment management, including senior roles at Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, Fidelity, Driehaus and ARIS Capital. He holds an MBA from Suffolk University.
